1.根据样品量合理安排检测工作，保证检测任务按时按量完成。

2.负责样本接收、登记、保存制度的制定与监督实施，确认检测数据及报告。

3.负责检测设备日常管理及维护，并与其他相关部门协调设备的维修、使用。

4.指导并解决检测过程出现的问题，优化检测流程，并定期向上级汇报部门情况。

1. Arrange the testing work according to the sample quantity to ensure that the testing task is completed on time.

2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of sample receiving, registration and preservation system, and confirm the test data and reports.

3. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of testing equipment, and coordinate with other relevant departments for the repair and use of equipment.

4. Guide and solve the problems in the testing process, optimize the testing process, and report to the superior regularly.

1、硕士以上学历，医学检验专业、生物制药、分子生物学、微生物研发、细胞生物学、生物工程等相关专业毕业，2年以上工作经验。

2、有医院实习经验、分离纯化、PCR、GMP等相关工作经验者优先考虑。

3、做事认真、细心，负责。

1. Master degree or above in medical laboratory, biopharmaceutical, molecular biology, microbial research and development, cell biology, bioengineering and other related majors, with more than 2 years of working experience.

2. Experience in hospital practice, separation and purification, PCR, GMP and other related work experience is preferred.
